Daniel DeMarco- Principal

          Dan is the Founder of DDMA and AWI.  His day to day responsibilities include client relations and  reviewing of all departments for both companies. Dan began his career as a cabinet maker with partner Charlie DeTillio in California in 1979; he then became a detailer/draftsman. Dan’s background as a cabinet maker and draftsman is one of the reasons why the standard of quality in every department is always so high.
 

Dennis Locher- Principal

          Dennis is a Principal of DDMA and AWI.  Dennis is responsible for reviewing the day to day operations of both companies; specifically, drafting, fabrication and project management. All schedules are determined by Dennis; he has set up systems with his team to ensure that schedules and quality benchmarks are met.  Dennis has been involved with woodworking and installations for over twenty years. His knowledge of installations provides great  strength to both companies, offering clients assurance that schedules will be adhered to.
 

Charlie DeTillio- Principal

Charlie is a Principal of Amity Wood Industries.  He has been working in the architectural woodworking industry since 1979, where he started with Dan as a cabinet maker and draftsman.  Charlie is involved with client relations and design development; this includes new fixture lines and exploring new materials and ideas and devising cost effective ways of making projects work within the design and budget constraints of the client.

 
Gil D’Orazio- Principal

Gil is a Principal of Amity Wood Industries.  He has been in the business since 1975.  As the person that oversees estimating, purchasing and project oversight for Amity, Gil is involved with each job from beginning to end.  His career-long experience with multiple store rollouts and showcases set Gil apart from most people in the industry.

 
Lahna Olivieri- Vice President

Lahna is Vice President and Director of Design Development.  Lahna translates the design concept of a project into drawings for fabrication and installation.  She acts as the creative link between our clients and our drafting department.  With over twenty years of experience, she works closely with designers, architects, and draftsmen to make sure that the specifications of each job are both aesthetically and structurally sound.
 

Frank Mauro- Vice President

Frank is Vice President and Head of Estimating for Daniel DeMarco & Associates.  Throughout the years, Frank has worked in almost every facet of the architectural woodwork industry. He made his start in a cabinet shop, cutting, assembling, finishing, and installing.  In 1989, Frank helped Dan establish Daniel DeMarco & Associates, Inc. and became responsible for drafting, purchasing, and scheduling.  Today he is the head estimator for DDMA and oversees the pricing for flagship stores and high-end residential cabinetry.
