Robert started working with us part-time in May of 2018 while attending Island Drafting and Technical Institute. Upon graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural and Mechanical Drafting, he joined the DDMA team as a full-time Drafter. Robert’s experience with hands-on construction – both residential and commercial – lends a lot to his position here at DDMA. He enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job from conception to completion, the challenges the job brings, the architecture of it all, and especially the drawing! A couple of his favorite projects to work on include Van Cleef & Arpels in Beverly Hills and Cartier in Arizona. If he’s not in the office, then Robert might be in the ocean! He loves to fish, boat, and scuba in his spare time and even hopes to cage dive with a Great White one day (maybe without the cage!). Robert also likes to give back and has spent time as a Deputy Director of a veteran’s charity that pushed for legislation for combat veteran’s health issues and assisted veteran families in crisis.
