Rolex US Open Wrist Picture

Rolex has had a long-standing history with tennis, starting with its partnership with Wimbledon in 1978. With Wimbledon in its back pocket, Rolex soon became the Official Timekeeper for the Australian Open (2008), the French Open (2018), and the US Open (2018). The luxury brand now sponsors all four of the Grand Slam competitions. But, that’s not all! It is also involved with the Shanghai Masters, The Laver Cup, and the Monte-Carlo Masters, to name a few. In addition to the games, Rolex has a history of sponsoring key players like Roger Federer, Juan Martin del Potro, Caroline Wozniacki, and Garbiñe Muguruza, among others.

“Rolex supports the most prestigious tournaments, players and organizations in tennis.”

As the Official Timekeeper, Rolex has timepieces all around these Tennis Stadiums. A great example is the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, home of the US Open. Around the stadium, you’ll see the brand-name clocks and schedules. You can also see a branded clock and schedule at the top of the US Open website. The most famous timepiece is the signature clock that sits on the façade of the Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The 2021 US Open begins on Monday, August 30th, and wraps up on Sunday, September 12th. This year, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is excited to welcome fans and spectators back into the stadium. The US Open offers not only amazing sportsmanship but a whole experience! From typical concession stands and restaurants to incredible shopping and luxury suites, there is a lot to see at the Tennis Center. We are so grateful to have been a part of Rolex’s Private Luxury Suite. See a sneak peek below.

We hope you enjoy the 2021 US Open, whether you are watching in person or on TV! Be sure to look out for the Rolex timepieces, clocks, and watches. Game, Set, Match!
